Venus and Her Lover is a tantric art project by JG Bertrand and Becca Tzigany that explores tantric sexuality, the relationship of men and women, and how our inner balance is reflected in the outer world. Begun in 1998 when James was inspired to paint his lover Becca, and Becca responded to his paintings with poetry, the project has blossomed into 2 books and 1 oracle deck:
* The Pillow Book of Venus and Her Lover – Reinventing the Myth, an illustrated book of art, poetry, and commentary
* The Birthing of Venus and Her Lover – a memoir of their adventures in invoking archetypes, experiencing spiritual union, and opening to greater and greater Love
* The Pillow Deck – A Tantric Oracle and Erotic Card Game – a deck of 32 original art cards that can be used for divination or play
The adventures of Venus and Her Lover take place in the Caribbean, California, New Mexico, Peru, Mexico, Italy, Germany, the Netherlands, Hawai’i, Thailand, Nepal, and India. This travel blog documents the final year – the ‘climax’ – that forms the final chapters of the memoir: a 5-month road trip through Asia, principally India, the homeland of the tantric sages.

I just remembered that one of Nancy’s old friends from Harvard is directing his 13th feature in India and this one is about Tantra! He’s a brilliant, audacious, passionate intellect. Bikram Jidg Singh
He lives in Toronto, shoots in India, lost his US passport because of getting caught with hash coming into the US years ago.
We have to try to see if you guys might meet.
